I enjoy this product. It's small, simple to set up, easy to use, and I can take it practically anywhere. The sound quality is good. Overall, a good product. I love the function and the portability of this generation Shuffle, HOWEVER, you MUST purchase the Belkin Headphone Adapter if you want to use this shuffle with any headphones, which may cause some to rate this shuffle lower.
I'm sure placing the device's controls in the headset seemed like a good idea to the product development team, but it prevents users from being able to use a different headset than the stock one that comes with it.
